In collaboration with local educational systems, our Educational Services Program provides greater independence and autonomy for students living with disabilities through a variety of specialized instruction, assistance, and services. All services are provided under contract with local school districts, other agencies, or individuals. Before schools closed in March 2020 due to COVID, we contracted with Alisal USD, Bonny Doon USD, Live Oak SD, Monterey County Home Charter School, North Monterey County SD, Pajaro Valley USD, Salinas Union High School District, Santa Cruz City Schools, Scotts Valley USD.
Through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), our team members all hold Behavior Analyst Certification Board credentials – from our registered behavior technicians, to program supervisors and clinical managers. Together, they work directly with clients and caregivers to cover a broad range of life-enhancing skills including communication, daily living, learning, problem solving, self-help and/or vocational skills. We provide therapy sessions weekly (in some cases, daily) in a variety of settings: at our Fresno center, at home, in schools or the community. We accept these insurance providers: CalViva (MHN) Kaiser (BHPN), BlueCross (Anthem).
Our Early Intervention Services provide weekly in-home visits by one of our early intervention specialists who are certified in PLAY Project methodologies to enhance functional and social development of children 0 – 3 years old. Our specialists provide hands-on modeling and coaching for parents in the child’s natural environment (at home). This evidenced-based approach using proven techniques will improve interactions between parent and child while working on specific developmental outcomes and goals. Contact our office or the Central Valley Regional Center (CVRC) to request an assessment and referral.
We provide in-home, nonmedical and temporary care to children and adults living with disabilities in the Monterey, San Benito and Santa Cruz counties. Our goal is to give primary caregivers temporary relief from the daily rigors of caregiving while enhancing our clients' most basic needs such as daily living skills and social skills. Contact the San Andreas Regional Center (SARC) for referral information.
